Hi, I’m Ian. I own and operate Appalachian Land Services, and I’m a full-time Firefighter/Paramedic. Serving people in my day job has shaped the way I run my business—showing up when it matters, communicating clearly, and taking pride in doing things the right way.
My schedule as a first responder allows me to build a business I care about: developing land and helping property owners bring their vision to life. No matter what stage you’re in—planning, building, or maintaining—I’d love to help you create something you’re proud of.
